3. Client Engagements
Any actual delivery of services — including scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and liability terms specific to an engagement — is governed exclusively by a separately signed statement of work, managed services agreement, or equivalent contract between XRG and the client. In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls.
